Appointment Bookings and Services

Booking Process

When booking appointments through our Website:

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation

• A deposit may be required to secure your booking, as specified at the time of booking
• By confirming a booking, you agree to pay for the services reserved

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• For standard appointments: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee
• For bridal services and special events: Cancellations must be made at least 14 days in advance to receive a partial refund of your deposit
• No-shows or cancellations outside the specified timeframes may result in forfeiture of deposits and/or full payment being required
• Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be made within the same timeframes as cancellations

Service Expectations

When using our makeup services:

• You agree to disclose any skin conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to your appointment
• We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe providing the service may pose a health or safety risk
• You agree to follow our artist's instructions during the service
• While we strive for excellence, results may vary based on individual skin types, conditions, and preferences

The Website and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Fluid Junction, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United Kingdom and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
